1111 Light Street is a significant urban mixed-use development project, with a projected total development cost of over $30,000,000. The project will blend seamlessly into the heart of Baltimore's historic Federal Hill neighborhood, coupling the reuse of the former Epstein's Department Store with substantial new construction to rejuvenate a highly underutilized site.
